You can enjoy the perfect sun and beach vacation in this wonderful apartment. Access to the beach from the terrace is just a few steps away. The large terrace connects with the well-kept community garden and has everything you may need to enjoy the good weather on the island: two sun loungers for sunbathing and a comfortable table with chairs where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning or a drink at sunset while contemplating the sand and the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and offers everything you may need for a comfortable holiday. From the terrace we access a space with AC and two levels: the living room (with satellite TV) at the terrace level and the dining room and kitchen (with breakfast bar and electric stove) a few steps higher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with AC, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower in the apartment and in the hallway area one more bed, also at your disposal. A cot and high chair are available as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, located in front of one of the best beaches on the island, Puerto de Alcúdia. Around you will also find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. After a short and beautiful walk along the beach you will arrive at the Port of Alcúdia where you will find countless shops and souvenirs. If you are a golf lover, you cannot miss the wonderful Alcanada course, with incomparable views of the sea. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
